Gill joined Magnolia Place at Heart of Kent Hospice in 2016. The staff and volunteers aim to provide support so that those who attend can continue to lead an active and independent life. Whatever a patients diagnosis every person is treated as an individual and can access a service that meets their personal needs and wishes. Mum loved going to Magnolia Place and made some lovely friends who were extremely fond of her. Your donations will allow Magnolia Place to continue to support others in her memory.
